SUNDAY, 13 NOVEMBER

Evening: Welcome dinner

This Dinner is an opportunity for you to catch up with familiar faces and meet some new ones! Your fellow delegates and Centrepoint Alliance representatives will join you for a night filled with local culture and cuisine.

All delegates, registered spouse with the full registration and accompanying children are invited to join us.

7.00pm: Welcome drinks | Poolside Gazebo

MONDAY, 14 NOVEMBER

Day: Optional spouse/child day tour

During the day there will be an optional tour activity available for registered accompanying spouse and children (this does not include 'accommodation only' registrations). Attendees will be spending the day cruising aboard the Wavelength for an outer reef snorkel tour. Accompanied by morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.

Spouse and children will depart the hotel at 8.30am and return at 4.00pm – providing them with enough time to relax before ‘an indulgent evening at Flames of the Forest.


MONDAY, 14 NOVEMBER

Evening: Flames of the Forest

TUESDAY, 15 NOVEMBER

Evening: Free afternoon and evening

Take some time out from the official Summit Program to soak up your surroundings and spend time with old friends and new acquaintances. Whether you prefer to go out and explore, or simply relax, this is your time to discover Port Douglas for yourself! Here is a list of suggested restaurants.

Optional: Beers and Tacos 

This is opportunity for you to catch up with other delegates and relax by the pool to share summit ideas.

WEDNESDAY, 16 NOVEMBER 

Afternoon: Annual Partner Summit concluding address

Accompanying partners and children are welcome to join all delegates for the final keynote presentation by Mark Mathews followed by the summit group photo. 

2.25pm: The Glade Pavilion followed by the group photo


WEDNESDAY, 16 NOVEMBER

Evening: Gala dinner 'Tropic Nights'

Movies such as Finding Nemo, Aquaman, Tropic Thunder, Tarzan, Avatar, The Little Mermaid and themes such as ocean kind/queen, forest ranger, tropical fish/ birds, scuba diver.

Hop on board an air-conditioned 20 meter fully-licensed fishing boat from Port Douglas Marina and fish to your hearts desire. Price includes all bait and tackle, hand lines, rod and reel, lunch, tea coffee and your catch cleaned and chilled!

LADIES LUNCH | $90pp

Enjoy lunch at the Treehouse Restaurant. Dining at Silky Oaks Lodge celebrates the abundance of fresh ingredients harvested in Tropical North Queensland’s rich food bowl.
