FLIGHTS AND TRANSFERS

Flights to the Annual Summit destination are at your own cost. 

Please send a copy of your itinerary to Conferences@cpal.com.au if you require airport transfers to and from the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort. Transfers will be organised during the conference dates only.

REGISTRATION COSTS

Registration includes four nights accommodation, attendance to all plenary and streamed sessions, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, dinners return airport transfers during the conference dates only.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

The following fees apply to the registration payment options:

Credit card: Visa & MasterCard 0.9%.  
Direct debit: $2 fee per direct debit
Direct deposit: no charge

All payments excluding direct debit plans must be cleared by 7 days from issue of invoice. 

PERSONAL EXPENSES

Meals not stated in the Summit Program will be at the delegate’s own expense. Laundry, mini-bars, telephone calls, and personal beverages from your hotel room are at your own expense.

ACCOMMODATION

Four nights accommodation is included in your registration cost, any additional nights will incur a cost. Please note a $100 security deposit is payable upon check in and will be refunded at the time of check out. The following room configurations are available:

Single Occupancy: One king size bed or two double beds for one guest
Double Occupancy: One king size bed for two guests
Twin Occupancy: Two double beds for two guests
Triple Occupancy: Two double beds or one king size bed plus one rollaway for the third guest. 

DRESS CODE

Sessions: business casual with a jacket as the air-con can get cold
Welcome dinner: smart casual
Offsite dinner: smart casual
Gala dinner: themed 'Tropic Nights'
Movies such as Finding Nemo, Aquaman, Tropic Thunder, Tarzan, Avatar, The Little Mermaid and themes such as ocean king/queen, forest ranger, tropical fish, tropical birds, scuba diver.

Prizes for best-dressed female, male and group.

INTERNET ACCESS

WiFi access is complimentary in all guest rooms and conference facilities

PARKING

There is complimentary on-site parking or, alternatively you can choose valet parking for a fee of $20 per car per day.

KIDS CLUB

The Sheraton do not have a year round kids club, mainly during the school holidays. There is an external company called Busy Bees that provide kids clubs and babysitting duties that often look after conference group kids. Please contact us for further details. 

SAFETY

Please be aware that the pool areas at the Sheraton Grand Mirage are NOT FENCED therefore any children will need to be supervised by an adult at all times when in the pool area.

RECORDING SUMMIT SESSIONS

The summit will not be recorded. The sessions will be very interactive with table discussions and recording this would be of no value. The keynote speakers will not be recorded due to their own IP.
